Flight Training House

Here’s my environment model, inspired by Yuchen Guo’s concept art. I handled everything for this project, except for the foliage, which is from Megascans. I used Zbrush, Maya, and SpeedTree for modeling, Substance Painter for texturing, and Unreal Engine for lighting and rendering.

The Volumetric Cloud asset was provided by Smilele from the Epic Games Marketplace.

Since it’s a game asset, I need to significantly reduce the polycount compared to CG assets. I kept the original CG version for comparison. As you’ll see in the following example, I’ve managed to reduce the number of faces by at least 75%.
